Save Marley

Marley is a 5 year old Dachshund cross Jack Russell. He is a bundle of love and huge part of our family. he brings so much joy to us all.

The last 3 days he has been unable to walk properly, crying constantly and dragging himself by his front legs. We took him to see our local vet and he was given painkillers and an injection. The next day he was much worse, the painkillers had not worked at all and he was in so much pain that was incredibly heart breaking to witness. We took him to another local vet of ours and we have now learnt the heart breaking news that our gorgeous sweetheart Marley's spine has gone and the only option is spinal surgery which could cost at most 5'000. The outlook is good and there's only a 5% chance that he won't ever walk again. If he does not have this surgery the only other option is to put him to sleep. We do not want to even think about that.

We as a family are all heartbroken and we are all coming together to raise money to help our beautiful boy be well again.

We would be eternally grateful for any help given to raise money for our Marley. Any donation amount is welcome, even a pound would help towards Marleys recovery.

Any money raised that exceeds the amount needed for Marleys operation will be donated to Dogs Trust.
