Our objective-Saving lives of patients during time critical scenarios. Every day, in India scores of people die or develop permanent deformity due to delayed shifting of patients to the hospital. The factors responsible for delayed medical care to the patient include- a) Lack of information at the right centers with the required facilities and specialties (a patient ends up getting shifted from hospital to hospital due to ICU bed non-availability).b) Lack of properly equipped ambulances, lack of appropriately trained ambulance personnel and c) Huge traffic scene in the cities of India compounding the delay. The precious lives lost, hospitalization, loss of productivity due to disability all have a huge impact on the family. 1) We have come with a desgin model that will empower citizens with technology. Setting up of centralized ambulance traffic control room.2) Shift from reactive to proactive approach 3) Equip ambulance service providers with GPRS/GPS. 4) Development of a mobile app. People will be able to trace and book nearest ambulance available through the mobile app.Real time information becomes available of the nearest ambulance and nearest hospital at the site of emergency/accident.  5) Connect all hospitals through cloud computing and get real time data on ICU bed availablity status. 6) Additionally, as a noble cause we would like to involve in collection of regional data of organ availability in real time. Assist in transportation of organs and tissues for the purpose of transplantation. This unit connects with organ procurement organizations and transplant centers. Facilitates interstate organ transplant. 7) Implementation of web controlled traffic signal system
