Save Kittens' Mom - Siamese Cat suffer from FIP

The mother of 4 kittens HungJaiBang(熊仔餅, aka Koala Bear Cookie) has been suffering from the Neurological and ocular Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) FATAL viral disease. We need to do a fund raising to save the life of our love, in order to purchase the GS-441524 shots and pay for the other medical treatment.

Background stories

Hung Jai Bang (熊仔餅, aka Koala Bear Cookie) was born in 2018 May 25, and we all located in Hong Kong. She named after the Koala Bear Cookie only because she looks a lot like it.

And in the August of 2019, she has become the mother of 4 kitten.

FIP Discoverd

Starting from April 2020, we discovered that she was having some signs of illness including Fever, Weight Loss, eat less, incontinence of urine and gastism, and lose control of her rear limbs. After the check up and confirmation from 3 Vets, she was diagnosed with Dry type of Neurological and ocular Feline infectious peritonitis.

Reasons of Fundraising.

The viral Disease Neurological and ocular Feline infectious peritonitisis fatal in more than 95 percent of cases, but for the cats who under treatment of GS-441524 needle shots every day for 82 weeks, the recovery rate was successful in 25 of 31 cats, and the researchers described the safety profile of the drug as impressive.

Within the 82 weeks, the cat will also need to multiple blood tests and body-checks by the vet in order to monitor the situation of recovery.

Each dosage of the GS-441524 cost around HKD870 (around 112 USD)

and as current of the weight of our cat "cookie", each dosage can ONLY do 2 needle shots for her as the FIP has also damaged her nervous system.

I worked two jobs as Flight Attendant and Tattoo Artist in life, in order to provide a better environment for all of my cats, in a normal situation, I should be able to pay for all the medication that "cookie" needs.

BUT unfortunately Due to the outbreak of COVID19 in 2020, it has completely affected both of my jobs (since the airline that i worked for was currently shut down, and the tattoo studio needs to be shut down as well according to the emergency law from the HKSAR). Which makes me have ZERO incomes starting from last month already.

As current I am still using my saving to help our beloving "cookie" to fight the disease, but I really do need your helping hand to save her and her family too (Picture 5). They mean the world to me and we would love to do anything to keep her and her family together.
