Save Jonni.

jonni affectionately known as jonni Bear is my 19 month old beautiful German Shepherd girl. During a routine examination she was found to have a heart murmur which the vet suggested I check out. This was done yesterday where she saw a specialist and had a heart scan. At this point my world crumbled she has been diagnosed with Patent Duct Arteriosus and requires urgent surgery to correct. If the surgery cannot be done she will need to be euthanized as her chances of survival are zero. She is still a baby I have to try and save her. The specialist has given a good prognosis in that if the surgery is successful jonni should be able to live a completely normal life. Please help me save my dog. Please help me.
