Save Jennison’s Life

I, Francis B. Annaway from the Philippines, want to speak in behalf of my nephew, Jenisson D. Lipawen, 48 years old, married with 3 children. He sells second hand clothing for a living in Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

Last 2008, he started taking hypertension medicine. In 2015, at the age 42, he began his dialysis treatment which as of now 3 sessions per week, because of his Chronic Kidney Disease V end stage. His kidneys, only 28% functioning, need to be replaced. He too has stomach ulcer which bleeds from time to time. That is why he need blood to replace which was lost. Last May 2021, he used 16 used units of RBC, in June 2021, 2 units and in July 2021, 8 units.

He managed to provide the amount needed for his hospital bills for months. Until his income from selling second hand clothing was not enough to fed his family and for hospital expenses. Worst when pandemic came and his store was forced to close.

He had been seeking financial help, blood and kidney donor from relatives and townmates.

I ask for your support and generosity to cover the expenses for Professional fee of ₱400.00 (US$8.33),

erythropoietin injection ₱900.00 (US$18.75) both for every dialysis session, and ₱1500.00 (US$30.25) for dialyzer which is charged 3x a month.

Professional fee = ₱400 x 3 sessions/ week x 4 weeks = ₱4800/month

Erythropoietin Injection = ₱900 x 3sessions/ week x 4 weeks= ₱10,800/month

Dialyzer (Charged 3x per month) = ₱1500/month

= ₱17,100/month

His dialysis treatment is being paid by the PhilHealth (Philippine Health Insurance Corporation). His Medical Certificate, Medical Abstract and the latest monthly expenditure is attached here with.

Let me further emphasis that aside from these expenses, I want to raise funds for surgical and subsequent Kidney Transplant Treatment with an approximate cost of ₱1,900,000 (US$39.583.33) and up depending on the hospital.

This fundraising will not succeed without you. That is why I need your love and support for this project.
