SAVE JAY AND DARLENE TARGETED INDIVIDUALS AND OTHERS

What is a Targeted Individual you ask? A Targeted Individual is someone that is put on a list in order to torture and abuse, destroy, and sometimes eventually kill. You don't have to do anything to be put on the list. You can be randomly chosen. Or it could be the chronological order of your last name. Sometimes it's because you had a problem with some friend or family member. And they knew someone that was in authority like a police officer or fireman or someone higher in the system that can place you on a list. Or maybe it's someone that's afraid your going to retaliate against them and they have money to pay a corporation that contracts with the system to gangstalk. Harvey Weinstein had this done to his victims so they couldn't testify against him in court. A lot of the victims are targeted because of their family. They don't discriminate. It could be anybody. They have problems with people that believe in God and know the truth that their monsters. They go after people that protect human rights, unions, scientists, doctors, and educators. A lot of them are our children between the ages of 3 and 6 where their brains are the most influential. That's why there's a lot of children missing. And they target and take teenagers like Jeffery Epstein. They don't discriminate. They don't care if your rich or poor. Average age range is 36-46. Most of the victims are selected by the Deep State (three letter agencies that start with F, D, and C) to unwilling participate in an experimental torture program. The list is called "The Black List" or "Terrorist Watch List". Who is doing the targeting? Like I stated it's 3 letter agencies. They outsource it to the C.D.I. who is contracted with them that will do anything and everything. Then they contract with community groups, medical facilities, corporations, and private individuals, etc. And then they will contract and use your neighbors, family, friends, and co-workers. They have no morals, standards, or limitations. They fake files on their subjects and show them around to everyone involved and everyone you know to get them to cooperate. And they will tell horrible things about the targeted Individuals. They label them as terrorists, crazy people, and or someone that commits random crimes like workers comp. fraud, social security fraud, or insurance fraud. This is how they contract people. Then they put the targeted Individuals on The Terrorist Watch List a.k.a. Black List to track so when they call the police and sheriff's are instructed not to help or assist with any of their emergency calls. They do all this so no one will help these victims and everytime will cooperate with them. When their the true terrorists crazy psychotic twisted Individuals that are causing the madness. Their located in every police facility known as swarms.

The three letter agencies were originally created to spy and surveillance people in order to protect them. And now they went from spying on people to socially and financially ruining them and physically and psychologically attacking them and destroying them. And even killing them. A lot of your homeless population is because of them. The U.S. alone has 1/3 of the homeless population. This has been happening behind societies back now for years and a covert operation. In the last 5 years it has happened to 5 million now. And will keep continually happening more and more till it happens to everyone. This is literally "the devil" and it's a spiritual war that were in.

What happens next is that these people start disappearing or being moved from place to place and forced to move from country to country. And back and fourth. This is why a lot of immigrants are flooding into other countries now and days. A good majority they never stop targeting. They do it everywhere no matter where they go constantly causing the victim to move. And cause them to loose literally everything. They loose their jobs, their families, their friends, their homes, their children, their pets, their money, their credit, their health, their belongings, their respect, and their minds. Some they cause premature death, death, homelessness, and suicide or suicided. Others they force to go to jail or aggravate soo bad they kill others and cause them to do mass shootings that are seen on the news.

What are the methods of targeting? One is gangstalking. It's an umbrella term that describes a number of techniques used by the perpetrator. Their techniques include mind games, psychological warfare and manipulation, organized stalking, covert harrasing, street theatre, noise harrassment and mimicking of sounds, constant surveillance, property damage, threats of the law, threats of death, etc. And they keep repeating these same tactics to enforce and instill that their in this individual's daily life everywhere they go. And this is how they push the person into mental instability, suicide, financial ruin, sabatoge, and or premature death. And of course they move them from place to place with no stability. And each place they keep ruining their reputation, credibility, any new jobs or careers, new relationships, causing unnecessary court cases, damages to property, and their life in a current constant ruin. They also get into their phones and computer equipment to aid them which enables them to trap an individual into there places of residence and into there surrounding companies to have further control. They get ahold of their texts, emails, websites, and private information. And they listen in on your phone calls and redirect them to filled fusion centers faking companies the targeted try to reach and to inhibit any advancement. They have these companies such as AT&T provide the perps full access to their wifi, phones, computers, tv, dvr cams, gps, their car's computers, and home surveillance so they can play stalking spying terrorists criminals. Some of these targeted methods are much worse such as microwave weapons which are microwave heating and microwave hearing. Which is way more punishing and incapacitates them and causes instant harm. Sometimes harm is constantly inflicted every 30 minutes causing the victim to constantly relocate and or use lead vests or metal covers. The microwave heating causes severe and disfiguring burns to the face and body while microwave hearing causes tinnitus and other sounds. It's believed their used as 5G tower and satellite test experiments to use on the population in the future. Millions of people have concurred these same stalking methods around the world. There's also proof this is being used by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) which is a declassified secret by the U.S. Army Intelligence where it's states their free to use these microwave weapons on targeted people. And that they first used them on lab rats and now on humans. And that the beams target the heads and cause long term brain damage. Another targeting is called V2K voice to skull which is known to cause synthetic telepathy. It's satellite induced and makes voices in the individuals mind to constantly disrupt them. It's known as "The God of War Strategy" in scientific documents where they have actually made opposing sides of war think they were talking with God and ultimately causing them to surrender their weapons. They also use Project Mk Ultra Mind Control which is declassified. It's an unethical manipulation method to confirm to the wishes of the manipulator often to detriment the person being manipulated. It manipulated peoples' mental states by repititious administration of drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse and other forms of torture. And is mainly used in gangstalking. And now these terrorizers are able to do this by tracking in the body and satellites and computer interfacing. Some are placed in the teeth while at the dentist and could be placed in the body anywhere. Their like the size of a grain of rice or smaller. So it can be placed under the skin anywhere.

We are targeted individuals ourselves too. Since you now understand what it entails we would like to share what happened to us. We're victims of ganagstalking. Here it goes. My brother is a drug addict and he tried to take my mom's house after my Dad died. My brother lived there his whole life and my Dad always said my brother was waiting for him to die to take his house. My mom is mentally ill and would never listen nor let my Dad kick my brother out. After my Dad passed my brother was trying to physically attack her and was telling everyone he was going to put her into a mental institution and take her house. It made my brother angry when I stuck up for her. Then there was this guy Bart who was my mom's friend who had intentions to take all her belongings. And was trying to get me to give her things to him. Bart was desperately trying to get us all out of the picture. He first tried convincing us to set up my brother by calling my mom's car stolen which no one would do. Then he had him and my mom set up my brother for drugs when that didn't work. He also filed a restraining order for my mom against my brother while he was in jail. And my mom turned on me saying I tried to take her jacket and house keys which pitted this guy Bart and he turned on me. My mother has "always" turned on her children her whole life so it was no surprise. Later on we got a call from my brother wanting to set Bart and his wife up for social security fraud after what he did to him. My brother was also working for the C.d.i. at the time that contracts with a three letter agency that starts with a C. And then my brother started turning on us. And my mom admitted at one point that her and her friend Bart tried to blame me for calling the cops on my brother when they also put a restraining order on him. Which is crazy and doesn't make sense. Then my brother tried to go at me. Was threatening my mom and him were now starting a lawsuit for my dad's wrongful death from the same lawfirm I was working with that denied me and that they were going to give me nothing and he even showed paperwork from the same lawfirm. And claimed he was mad because I didn't give the information to him and my mom prior. And shortly after my mom again turned on me with my aunt to take my inheritance from my grandfather. So I took them to court. My aunt was afraid she was going to get fraud charges and she got this attorney to try to stop me out of fear for going to jail. The gangstalking started in 2010. We believed it was initiated between my mom, brother, and aunt. It was not only from what had happened but from other things they did too. My brother knew I had a problem with the neighbor who's ex husband was in a motorcycle gang. That same night her car started getting damaged really bad which made her think it was me and it caused all this friction. Plus our neighbors were attacking us with harrassment, noise harrassment, mind games, and property damage. And the police wouldn't do anything about it except harrass us and kept telling us to move. We forced to move into a safer place. Jay's family was also harrasing and playing mind games there too. We found out my own brother, mom, and aunt reported us in social security records for fraud and things that weren't true. Same thing my brother did with Bart and his wife. And they were trying to set us up for fraud when we seen them and this was before we knew they reported us. And they did nothing but play mind games, threats, torment, and took enjoyment in it. Meanwhile in this new house and we were still being ganagstalked, noise harrased, and property being damaged. The neighbors were trying to set us up with many lawsuits while the landlord was trying to trap us into spending our money into financing her house. Eventually we had these two undercover police knocking at our door. Then they showed these big files with our pictures in it to our neighbors. One neighbor admitted to it and said they told her we were trying to do fraud and worse. And on top of everything we had neighbors attacking us. And Jay's grandmother at the time convinced us to move for our safety when we later figured it out she was helping them move us from place to place as well. We moved again. But before we moved I found out these two guys turned me into the district attorneys office for fraud and the d.a. dropped it but social security regardless was trying to take me to court for fraud anyways and kept throwing out my evidence that proved me innocent. They got into my medical records and knew I had gerd problems and fibroids along with being disabled. All of sudden I started getting reoccurring H.pylori (a stubborn stomach bacteria) which aggravated my gerd problems to the point where I could hardly eat or keep anything in. And they had the doctor's office not authorize my medicine to the pharmacy for over 30 days. Then the doctor's office would tell me it went away when it didn't. It got so bad I could of died from it and had to go to another doctor to get rid of it. Then they purposely had my fibroid tumors x-rayed when they quickly pulled the lead covering away from my uterus and while someone else snapped an x-ray simultaneously. The strange thing was my mom had a weird conversation asking about my fibroids and asked how I cleaned my vaginal area. Then got mad at me and didn't talk to me for 6 years. In less than a month I ended up getting 6 pints of blood transfusions and almost died because the fibroids got huge from the radiation of the x-ray. This was while we were in our new apartment. They were still gangstalking, playing mind games, noise harrassment, and then they kept damaging our car everyday with scratches. The police wouldn't help and was even harrasing us. Even though their suppose to be first responders. They had all kinds of government agencies harrasing us and taking photos to make things worse. And they had a drug dealer neighbor behind us always listening to us and harrasing us for them while looking to break in. They always seemed to have drug addict neighbors by us probably because it really irritated us. But the police did nothing about that as well. The drug neighbors kept talking about buying a mobile home over and over again. It's like if someone kept talking about getting a pizza over and over again eventually they do this so they can convince you into buying a pizza. It's a manipulative form of brain washing. They ended up brain washing us into buying a mobile home. Figured it was a good idea with all this stress to get away so it didn't make my fibroid problem get worse while I was waiting for surgery. Also figured if druggies could do it so could we. I dug deep in my credit just so we could get away from them. This mobile we bought we ended up putting $12,000 in repairs all for nothing. The gangstalking problems never stopped it got worse. We now had a mobile home park manager and his assistant managers next door and military living in the park harrasing us more intensely with the mind games and tactics, social security fraud, involving law threats, major property damage and break-ins, and major surveillance and the stalking was everywhere by everybody. We constantly had cops listening outside along with unmarked vehicles driving around our house staking it out as well. They even stoop down as low to use handicap vehicles and veterans. During this time I had the insurance company trying to now set me up for fraud which forced me to drop the case. None of this stuff stopped including the break ins and when we called the police they told us to call the FBI when their the first responders and the FBI won't do anything unless you have a police report. I also had a dirty cop leave a message for a follow up to the car damage and you could hear him talking to another cop about breaking into our house trying to shoot and kill our dog to get money I stashed in it. So we started leaving our house and going to motels and we set up cameras to try to catch them breaking in. They would just disable the cameras. We came back to our house 3 weeks later and found our swamp cooler was deliberately busted in pieces. And the assistant managers next door admitting they let the swamp cooler leak for weeks along with the manager and gave us a $300 water bill. This caused major roof and floor damage that cost us as well. Another time they rigged the gas water heater to blow up the house and us with a BBQ box underneath it as some kind of sick joke. It was getting to the point all this stress was making my fibroids bleed out and I was making multiple trips to the hospital and for blood transfusions. I was also having thoughts of waking up during surgery or dieing in it. And I did have surgery it was suppose to be only 2 hours and they ended up cutting two arteries which made me almost bleed to death. They had to do two surgeries in one and I ended up walking up during it. Which is part of their sick games. I ended up having 11 pints of blood and 5 during surgery. After that I got a gun license. The neighbors still wouldn't stop and we're still trying to set us up for social security fraud and all their ganagstalking techniques. I still had every cop, military person, undercover whatever harrasing us and making us think that they were going to hurt us or set us up. Everything our neighbors were doing made us to the point where we wanted to hurt them because we knew they were constantly doing damage to the house, trying to kill us in it, and the break ins, and kept stalking and harrasing us unstoppably. They told us it was personal many of times and that we were not going anywhere like they were cops. I asked the park manager to make this stop and he said the only way is to buy a gun or file paperwork. Since they were doing everything to anger us and set us up with fraud they were probably hoping I would buy a gun so they could set me up with shooting them and go to jail like they wanted. After that didn't work the social security was threatening for fraud in the final stages. We ended up loosing half of our belongings in our house which we found out was a c.d.i. operative and again the police did nothing "AGAIN" tried to say I was crazy and twisted the report. We left the house there for our safety and payed the space rent. As we were leaving from state to state we were being chased by every police, military black hawks, fighter jets, you name it across the states. The police would be pulled over on sides of freeways with their lights on and have their lights on us when we woke up at truck stops. So we crossed into Canada and at the border of Vancouver there was a c.d.i. building and we were still being harassed there. We ended up driving all the way to Alaska and rented an apartment and it still didn't stop. We went back to our mobile home hoping it would end since time passed. It didn't. They were blocking me from all free legal help or anybody trying to fight my social security case. I had to end up dropping it because I was afraid they were going to set me up for fraud anyways even though I had proof. Then I was threatened by Jay's uncle Robert they wouldn't stop following us until I was dead. Jay was threatened by his mom if he didn't play his cards right he would loose everything our car, our house, our dogs, his child, and everything we owned (which we have her admitting on a recording later). She also said what kind of man would choose his girlfriend over his mom it's not like your married. But we have been together for years and it's no different. We told the FBI in another country they did nothing. His mom admitted the same two guys came to her door and she was cooperating with social security against him. And this was after social security cleared him a while back. She also made several threats that the three letter agency that starts with a C is after us and that she's working with them. The park manager kept making threats that if you don't like being watched maybe you should leave the u.s. because your going to be watched everywhere. And he kept messing with Jay's money with the water bill and breaking into our locks on our gates. We didn't want to leave it open for them to break into further. Then they had multiple police from a division that wore bomber jackets in our backyard threatening that they were scoping out house and break in at 3 in the morning. I tried to hold a Lyft job it was too much with my disability they suspended me anyways and set me up as well. Jay put the earnings into his bank account then we seen the FBI asking the assistant managers next door where we live and they pointed to our house. There was constant surveillance with the neighbors and they kept leaving in white unmarked vans. They put fBI seizure on our computers and took our money. So we put what we had left in storage and left to Motel 6. Their they had this whole police stagging which a detective pacing back and fourth in the room above us and a wire hanging from his ear (hindsight being 20/20 it was his uncle Robert in a fat suit. He and his friend Casey work for the D.O.D. and he had his own computer company prior as an I.T.) They had detectives infront and all other police there. They ended up hacking 3400 gigs of data into our phone when we only had a 3 gig data plan and they started downloading files. The phone almost blew up in Jay's hand and he stopped it from downloading. The gigs cost ten bucks for 1 gig so looking at $34000 deliberately put on our phone. We texted a friend he believed they were trying to set us up and that we had 5 days before they arrested us for an inditement and advised us to leave the country. When it was probably them in our phones. They ended up taking our house,the rest of our belongings, our child and thousands of dollars we spent on his court case, that they made sure we would never win, 150,000 between credit and cash, and they took my income, and damaged my car from all this traveling and railroaded repairs, they took our family, our friens, and highjacked our life. They made sure we could never move on or advance from here. They kept moving us along all over South America all the way to Central America and made us repeatively numerous times go back to the u.s. At a house in Mexico they drone striked the roof a couple times and made the awning fall on our car and it almost killed jay. They made sure the insurance took 9 months to pay out only half the claim and keep stealing multiple deposits from us from places they have kicked us out in or things deliberately start breaking or roofs fall in or some cause where they make us to move. Our family is still trying to destroy us. Saying it's personal as well and during this whole time would ask where you at now Jay while chuckling and enjoying it. Even though they've known everything was taken from us our child, our family, our friends, our home, one of dogs, our credit, our belongings, our health, our incomes, our credit, our dogs health that are left, a broken car, and them trying to take our minds, take our freedom, or and trying to kill us. And like I said everytime we try to get ahead they take it away. This month September they took away Jay's income right after we bought a computer and we had to return it. We were going to use it for online work. Right now we're literally in another country with less than $200. The sad thing is that they had someone give us $200 to leave the country again. My car is a 2006 Kia that I put 70,000 miles on in the last 2 1/2 years just trying to get away and have freedom. It's literally an outdoor concentration camp. It would be more humane if they killed us instead of doing what they did. Attorneys won't help either because then they get threatened. And freedom is an illusion and no one will go after the system. I spoke to my mom after 6 years recently she threatened maybe they will keep following me maybe they won't and kept saying that she knew i would keep going back and forth to Mexico.

I created this page for "HELP"! And for help for targeted individuals around the world. And to give hope to all of them that somebody cares and to help get them back on their feet, especially the ones that are homeless. My intentions are to have a place they can go to for help and resources and safety. They don't help homeless targeted individuals on the street. They don't let them get p.o. boxes because they don't have an address and therefore their not able to get bank accounts or let them receive money or jobs. NOTHING! The police won't let them stay anywhere and they end up harrasing them till they die. Some end up missing. Also this help is for making signs, banners, public awareness, speeches, legal help, and counseling.

Targeting hasn't stopped for years and in the last five it has exponentially grown to over 500,000 people . It will keep growing at this very rapid rate until they do it to millions more and they won't stop. They don't discriminate! They do it to even children! In order to stop this and to get justice you all need to change the future and save our children and grandchildren and future generations from this happening. I'm asking you as a brother and sister in God to help stop this now before they go after your life and your children. And to please donate. And pass this around. There is also protests for targeted Individuals around the world or you can start one. And everyone should ban together against their tyranny for other causes like 5g, the metals being sprayed in our skies, along with targeting and everything else. And finally pray through Jesus to God to reverse their evil doings and weapontry on these monsters and let them know God isn't messing around and to protect the good and make the evil turn good. And to put the "full armor of God" on everybody and everything Amen! Also God gave us Jesus and he died for our sons. And he spent even three days in hell. Believe in Jesus died for us and believe in everything God does for eternal salvation.
