Please Help us save his Heart by surgery (Holes in the heart)

Please help my friend John Mark Alonzo for his Myocarditis, Holes in the Heart. The doctor said, John Mark's life is in danger. Please help us. Please help us please Please save my friends's life please.

We needed a big amount to do the open heart surgery to treat/ repair his heart and fix Holes in the Heart. And also assistance for buying his medicine was prescribed by our cardiologist and we need to buy it as soon as possible to save his heart and his life. The cardiologist suggest to do the open heart surgery as soon as possible before its to late.

He recently diagnosed for hematochezia and nosebleeding. He was sought consult and diagnosed with Hypertension stage II t/c myocarditis versus esophageal spasm. He was initially advised endoscopy. But we try for the second opinion from the other doctors and the final Diagnosis.
