My name is Rosalia Cañedo. I am the mother of a nine-month-old daughter named Pierre Angie Cañedo Moises born last June 11, 2016. This letter is a sincere attempt to request an opportunity for my daughter to be selection as one of a reason to raise some funds. Pierre was diagnosed with a double outlet right ventricle with pulmonic stenosis. Due to pneumonia, she was confined in the hospital for two months. Although she fought and beat pneumonia, there is more fighting to be done. After her second 2D Echo Cardiogram, she was diagnosed with congenital heart disease. Specifically, Single Inlet, Double Outlet Atrial Septal Defect Secundum, valvar pulmonary stenosis, valvar mild single ventricle of LV morphology, malposed great arteries. In short, she will need open heart surgery. I and my family have no other hope at this point to provide my daughter with the medical care she so desperately needs.

The Bible declares in Psalms 139: 13-18 that Pierre is fearfully and wonderfully made and that her days on Earth were ordained before she was born. I appeal to the Go get funding to please help me to see that she is afforded as many days as humanly possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Most Sincerely,

Rosalia
