On the night of April 30, 2017, at about 10:00 pm, Errol B. Guevarra from Balakilong, Laurel, Batangas awoke from sleep having shortness of breath and his feet were both shaking in rapid motion. He thought a heart/brain stroke is on its way to hit him because his right body region got numb. He prayed a prayer marathon and God intervened. His thoughts are on his daughter Ashley constantly because she is just 6 years old to date. His wife Aileen, which is shaking in panic called his siblings (Meynard Guevarra & Chester Guevarra) right away for help. But they are about 60 kms away from their residence. Not too fortunate to reach at first her in-laws, she called the Church Pastor. At last help came when Aileen called ARIEL AMO up, a fellow resident and a friend in Laurel, Batangas who immediately came for rescue.

The first hospital to receive lacked medical facilities and health personnel. It's a government-run and is on the same municipality where Errol lives. First aid treatment was only given after several repeated request was made by the patient. His blood pressure rate at that time registered to 180/120. An oxygen for life support which may help him breathe was given only upon repeated request as well. Then suffering and being in agony for 3 hours, his brothers Meynard and Chester came and rushed in and took him and rushed him to the next hospital with the oxygen on-board the vehicle and traveled for almost an hour.

Errol was received in the Daniel Mercado Medical Center (DMMC) in No. 1 Pres. Laurel Hi-way, Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines at 4:15 in the morning on May 01, 2017 (stated in the Medical Abstract attached here) after a 31 kms. journey. He was later admitted (confined) for observation and management and complete laboratory tests were administered to him to safely and accurately determine the problem. He was diagnosed on the following day with these health issues:

1) Chronic Kidney Failure Stage 5

2) An Intra Right Jugular Cathether Insertion was placed down to the heart's aorta on May 03, 2017

3) Uremic Psychoses

This operation (Cathether Insertion) and antreatment under a hemodialysis program was done and given to reduce his creatinine count. The normal range or waste/by product of kidney functions is at 150 (creatinine). His creatinine level was 700 and was spread to his brain thereby making him unable to identify reality and split into 4 personalities (Uremic Psychoses). He is scheduled for a 2 times per week hemodialysis treatment. His schedules are:

1) Every Tuesday from 10:00 pm to Wednesday 2:30 am,4 hours of treatment

2) Every Friday same time schedule. (10:00 pm - 2:30 am, Saturday)

While fighting for his life and battling this deadly and fatal diseases, their family is obliged to pay their accrued credits from outside sources. The amount being raised is more or less P300,000. Despite deductions form Philhealth Insurance Company (PHIC) and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), funds and privilege discounts for a Person With Disability (PWD) and Indigency Certification, his hospitalization and other incidental expenses cost them a fortune. The cost of hospitalization, doctors' professional fee, laboratory tests, medicines, and dialysis treatment here in the Philippines is very expensive indeed.

He was a former government employee and a former Guidance counselor at a government high school but he doesn't work as of to date from 2.5 years back and he has literally no regular income. Pls. help him get out of this financial burden and financial difficulty while being treated. May many good people around find it in their hearts to extend their hand in a cooperative effort in these difficult and trying times.
