Save Dave

Hi all,

I found this little guy as a puppy almost a year ago at the cemetry. I picked him up with the intention of just fostering him and finding him a home. When he was close to about 7months, he developed some health issues with his hips as he is part german shephard but he is completely fine now.

He is vaccinated, mircrochipped, steralised (with the help of Exclusively Mongrels) and his license is pending.

Due to his excessive barking, a neighbour had complained to AVA. They gave me a week to remove him or surrender him to them (which would mean the end of him) I picked this dog up to save his life and that defeats the purpose of the rescue. I refused to surrender him and couch surfed at my friend's homes. We finally landed in a private property for the time being thanks to a kind gentlemen, but this can't be forever.

He barks alot, insecure, anxious and has aggression. With all of these, it's been very challenging to rehome him eventhough many kind souls have wanted to adopt him it's just too much for anyone to handle.

It's been VERY hard for me, I'm not rich, I work for charity myself and I'm literally depressed by this whole situation that I just can't take it anymore. It's the hardest thing I've been through in my life but I am not going to give up on this dog.

He is smart and very trainable. I'm just not the right person for him. Couple of people have seen him and suggested professional training. It costs alot and I need help so that we can help him with his behavior and find him a forever home.

Time is crucial and I'm unable to afford these trainings for him. I do hope everyone can take a step forward and it doesn't matter big or small amount. Every dollar is a step closer to saving his life.

Any remaining amount from this would be donated to Exclusively Mongrels to save more Singapore specials that deserve a loving home and a chance at life.
