Save Daniel’s babies from abduction

Daniel born in Sussex UK was rushed to the stroke unit in hospital where they found damage to his brain when he was denied seeing his son whose first word was Dada on his third birthday and has never seen his new born baby, he was trapped in an abusive relationship with his ex Polish national fiance, has been cut off from family and friends, threatened by police when he asked for help and blackmailed by a judge, most of their human and children rights violated he is threatened with prison and all his assets ceased if he speaks publicly about it....

Following years of abuse from Daniel's Ex Polish National Fiancee and an already failed abduction of his eldest son to Scotland with her Husband his call to police for help in late 2014 resulted in a repeat abduction and heavily documented police misconduct.

Daniels ex fiancee had vowed to abduct his children if he ever asked for help and cut him off from his family and friends.

Before victim support recognized Daniel who had been asking police for help since mid 2013, his complaints regarding misconduct resulted in threats from police, a false arrest and raid on his home damaging his life's work and PC as police attempted to find evidence held against them from fear of it being submitted before a judge. police demanded the Judge's name in Daniels private child arrangement court case.

Daniel: "both my children and I have not only been completely let down by the system but the majority of our children's and human rights abused, Justice is our full story heard in the national papers and to be reunited with my babies".

Police had also made a libel intelligence report claiming Daniel was involved in battery on two occasions omitting the fact that he was the victim, thankfully this has been amended when photo, video and diary evidence was discovered by police of the abuse he has endured.

Despite victim support papers and because of new laws regarding legal aid funding Daniel has been unable to afford a solicitor which has been further exploited, he filled to court early in 2014 and the Judge denied granting a contact order because the respondent (his ex fiancee) tried to foster their eldest child which makes no sense.

The judge has made court orders dictating Daniel is not allowed to even say his children's name publicly or show any court documents from his own private court application else he faces up to two years in prison and/or his assets ceased.

The same court order specifies that he can only solicit legal advise and representation from the Judges colleagues named on the document.

Having approached the solicitors named in the court document they quoted each 20 thousand pounds to even look at the court case.

Daniel intends to solicit an independent legal body and have his story published in national media.

Daniel: "My eldest just turned four and his first word was Dada, my ex fiancee wont let me see my babies because she will suffer a reduction in child maintenance, she wont even let me have a photo of my babies and I have never seen my youngest baby".

Daniel initially contacted police in 2013 after two years of abuse from his ex fiancee and was informed she has what appears to be Narcissistic Personality Disorder, she had manipulated him in to a relationship using his love against him and become incredibly violent behind closed doors, it's believed his ex fiancee's condition was triggered by her fathers abuse in her early childhood.

Daniel: "my babies need both their parents to be safe and my ex fiancee needs to be well, I have no contact to my babies and I'm terrified of what she might do when I am not their".

In late 2015 after exhaustively representing himself in a completely biased court case Daniel was rushed to the stroke unit having collapsed when he read his ex fiancee was again going to deny contact on his eldest birthday, the hospital discovered brain damage had occurred effecting the parts of his brain which control the right side and his sight, during his absence the Judge further exploited him in his private court case and assigned and illegally instructed his colleagues without consent to represent Daniels children..

At present the Judge has applied laws under the children's act illegally that would require Daniels consent preventing Daniel from applying to any other court or with any other Judge.

Daniels ex fiancee has applied for their children's passports from the Liverpool passport office who had informed him by mail following a previous prohibited steps order against her to prevent the removal of their children from the UK.

The Children's mother holds an apartment for her in Poland while she has threatened that if she ever leaves the UK she would never return and has been granted documents to state their children's country of residence is the UK, documents only fit for claiming benefits abroad while the Judge has suspended Daniels application unless he submits to the Judges blackmail following a police inquiry regarding the Judges further blackmailing Daniel in other court orders

This overview doesn't even scratch the surface of the exploitation, let down and abuses Daniel and his children have suffered by the system, their story needs to be heard and they need justice.

Daniel: "I just want to hold my babies, I want the world to see the level of evil corruption and abuse taking taking place behind closed doors in our courts, even in private cases, we need Justice and my babies are being scarred for life, their daddy exploited and hurt, if someone doesn't challenge this level of abuse then it will continue to other families and other children, these are my babies and they are for life, I will not stop until a light brighter than the sun has scorched down on the truth, until my babies have both their parents and my story is heard, please help us".
