Save Cooper’s Leg, Hip & Life!!

URGENT VET CARE NEEDED FOR INJURED RESCUE DOG!!  Cooper, a stray rescue, is in urgent need of veterinary care.  He is a one year old Boykin Spaniel who was found wandering in Rome, GA.  He was hit by a car in front of my daughter and there was nobody to care for him.  We brought him back to Decatur, GA hoping for some foster aid from pet rescue networks in metro Atlanta. We took him in to foster but the estimates of vet care needed to set his fractured leg and  pelvis are prohibitive.  My daughter and I are fostering him but so far he has a temporary splint and his medication only.  He needs the surgery, sedated xrays, shots, neutering, deworming. Cooper is very sweet and gentle and beautiful but without this surgery, he will need an amputation or euthanasia.  He is in extreme pain and cannot move.  Please donate what you can so I can get the vet to administer the necessary treatment.  The rates quoted by Dr. Carol Tobias of Nathan's Ark Mobile Vet are all rescue rates and she waived the initial exam fee.  She works out of LaVista Animal Hospital in Atlanta, GA.  Please, please, please donate towards this unfortunate animal.  He deserves to live!!  Thank you and peace be with you~  Kathleen O'Brien
