Save Carylle’s Little Heart

My name is Carylle Ann Dela Cruz Saguit. I'm 9 years old and I have congenital heart disease. Could you help me to save my life and live a little longer?

I was diagnosed last May 28 that I have a weak heart. My doctor said that I have to undergo in surgery immediately so I can live beyond my teenage years. But unfortunately we dont have enough money to do this. I am humbly asking for your kind heart to help me on my surgery expenses that has an estimated cost of 1 million pesos together with your healing prayers. Any donation will be greatly appreciated.
