Campaign Story
I am Jennalyn Grace L. Roque and I am asking for your benevolent hearts to help us save my brother Carlos Henry Laput, Jr., who is battling with the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), the last stage (stage five) of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
I will be the kidney donor and we are now preparing for our upcoming operation this February 2019. Aside from the transplant fee, we are also raising funds to sustain the monthly expenses of the post-transplant care.
Among our family members, I am the only one working but my salary is not enough to cover all the medical expenses of my brother since I also have my own family.
I know that this won't be easy especially for my two children, a 1 year old baby girl and 8 year old son, but I am willing to take all the risk just to save my brother Carlos who is only 28 years old. I want him to still live and achieve his dreams.
