Save Aunty Lek Restaurant in Hat Yai

This goes to my beloved Aunty Lek far away in thailand.

I like to help her as much as i could to pick her up from the rock bottom and have a less stress to enjoy her cooking and lesser worry on financial burdens. All the money from here will be invested to make new food Menu Photo with Eng & Mandarin words , print her logo stickers for her chilli paste she sells. repair her Computer & printer (so she can do her own marketing online) .

when i was little she was very close to me as in was sent over by my mum to study diploma and Aunty Lek taken full responsibility to make sure is was well taken care of there. ever since a young age she is like my best aunty closest relative dispite the age gap, i was 15 she was 30ish probably at that time 2005 . she able to understand was teenagers my age was thinking and able to sort things out .

she loves to sing , use to work in bar restaurant as singer before marriage, after she gave birth to my cousin , she quitted and begin her own food restaurant sell home cook food. Eversince then she lose all her freedom, all her time was attached to the stall. even though i graduated and back to singapore pursue my on career . the past until now she was stagnant. her stall business was slow , daily income 200-500baht (5-15sgd) few times the storm flood damaged her place and plenty of $ used to repair.. Her husband full time motorcycle taxi driver.. income also not stable

2 year ago her Husband was diagnose with cancer and medical Fee begins to pile up . This year i learnt that Aunty Lek unable to pay monthly 6000baht (300sgd) rental , no choice she has to eject her stall and plant back to her home. set up few tables in the living room and spaces infront of her house

her food is super tasty , everytime i go there i will eat as much as i could

her daughter right now is helping her to set up FB page & selling her thai chilli to barely begin to earn some income . 1 small tub 25baht(1sgd) able to sustain

not easy because her restaurant is not located in popular area and no tourist would find that place.
