Campaign Story
I am diagnosed with Diabetic Mellitus type 2 and have complications such as Liver problem , Kidney Problem and now it is my 2nd stroke (Sub Acute Infarct) I will be needing some help for my Neurology that cost me Php 15-20k for Professional Fee only not including my medicines Please help me to fight for this and extend my life I am also currently Covid positive and take medication to fight for it.
