Save a Starving Student

As some of you may know, my dad stopped giving me allowance cause I forgot to turn off my car headlights one day and the battery died the next day. My dad made me pay for the new battery with my hardly earn internship allowance and refused to give me allowance ever since to teach me a lesson to be more responsible. Which makes no freaking sense. I mean, I wasn't being irresponsible when I forgot to turn off the car headlights. Anyway, help a girl out. Thanks in advance!
