Save A Life – Urgent Heart Surgery for Dionesio “Alvin” Alferez

Our choir member Dionesio "Alvin" Alferez, a very talented and devoted singer and conductor on Sunday masses, weddings, funerals, etc. is seeking your urgent help. He is suffering from heart failure and he is in dire need of financial assistance to be able to undergo heart surgery at the Philippine Heart Center. He is scheduled this week so the family is really hoping they can raise at least P150k which should be a big help to fulfill the amount needed to push through with the operation plus incidental expenses before and after the surgery. Doctors said if he won't be operated SOON, his life may be in danger so please please, we beg for any help anyone may extend. A few pesos won't hurt your budget and I know you will still earn.
