Save a life for Dialysis

Hello everyone,

I'm Jonna Mae Jagunos, I am reaching out to you because I desperately need your help. When I was 11 years old, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Mellitus/ Juvenile Diabetes. Since then, I need to have 2 or 3 shots of insulin a day for my pancreas was no longer functioning. It has been a long hard journey for me and my family because of my maintenance ( insulin and glucose strips ). As the years went by, my health kept deteriorating. I was in and out of the hospital with many complications, including hypertension, UTI, Pneumonia, Anemia and Heart Enlargement. Until last year, I was admitted 3 times in different hospitals and later diagnosed with End-Stage Renal Failure. I started my dialysis last October 2019 and this will be lifetime dialysis. My father is only a driver with 6 mouths to feed including me. We have been battling with our daily needs aside from my medicines, consultations, and dialysis. I fear we could not cope with my dialysis. My doctors advised me to have 3 sessions every week. But due to financial problems, my parents can only afford one session a week. All our resources have been exhausted for my medicines and dialysis. I am asking for a little compassion and generosity. I would be forever grateful to all of you. I really need some help in raising money for my dialysis. Every session cost Php3,600 and it would be almost Php20,000 a month including my insulin and other medicines and dialysis. I have here papers from the hospital which I will be sending herewith. If your unable to donate, prayer is also much appreciated. Please do share.
