2015 I was shot two bullets from the back and one of the bullets hit my abdomen and wounded my kidney from the left side. Since then I have been having difficulties with the operations. My kidney has a blockage in the pipe now that requires an emergency operation and I sincerely please am asking for assistance as my life depends on the operation.
