I am writing with extreme desperation in our heart for help. We are a humanitarian organization working to produce an opportunity to help disease affected Mr. Vijay Prasad.

Dated 10/7/2017 Vijay Prasad feel pain in his chest and he was admitted to Hospital, Located in Delhi NCR ( India) as on 13/7/17. Doctor diagnosed him and declared Coronary Artery diseases, Critical triple vessel disease, Type 2 Diabetes mellitus, Osteoarthritis left knee diseases after that taking complete treatment he was discharged as on dtd.27/9/17 as well as all expenses beared by own family.

Now again suddenly he feel pain in chest and admitted to hospital. The doctor has advised an immediate operation for him after control of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus. The will cost him approx USD 25,000. ( Including Coronary Angiography, Operation, Radiology charges, pharmacy charges & hospital other expenses)

His condition is worsening day by day. Cry for help is our only and last Ray of hope. Only your kind support can save his life and for that we will be ever grateful.
