Save a HEART, Save Jeanice’s LIFE

Good day!

I would like to knock at your good heart and humbly ask for your financial assistance for my daughter’s open heart surgery.

Jeanice Avril T. Duazo, 5 years old was diagnosed with congenital heart defect specifically TETRALOGY OF FALLOT. It’s a defect that has four types of abnormalities in the heart. These abnormalities lead to the difficulty of her breathing due to lack of oxygen supply through her heart. Her lips also turns blue (pale) so with her finger nails every time she suffers tetspels or also known as blue baby syndrome (cyanotic) and even faint at some times.

Last July 12, 2016 she had successfully undergone Cardiac Catherization and is scheduled for immediate open heart surgery. We are already processing the requirements and surgery maybe scheduled on August or September 2016.

In this regard, we humbly ask you for any financial assistance for her surgery expenses which cost 250,000.00 pesos. We already have 160,000.00 pesos and need to raise the remaining amount.

Please help us and be a blessing to our child. We also ask for your prayers for her to be strong every day until her operation and for it to be a successful one. Thank you so much.
