Hello everyone, I am here again knocking to your hearts to help me raise funds for our Little warrior Baby Nathan, born on September 5, 2016, 4 days old diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease Critical Pulmonary Stenosis verswus Pulmonary valve Atresia with Patent Ductus Arteriosus. He is cyanotic as well. He had his BAS - Balloon Atrial Septosomy last September 21,2016 (18days old) and now he is scheduled for his next surgery . He needs funds for his upcoming Glenn shunt heart surgery . This is the second of three surgeries that he'll be going through (Nathan shunt following the norwood procedure and preceding the fontan procedure ). We are very much counting for your help.
