Save a Family

I have started this page to help with the legal fees to get a close friend and her minor daughter out of an unbearable situation. For legal reasons I can not go into detail because there is a minor involved and I also can not name them. I know most people who will share this are friends and family and people who care about the well being of this little girl and her mother.

For the last nearly two years they have found happiness in a safe environment surrounded by loving and caring family and friends. They were both doing very well and have learned to love life again. They had a stable beautiful home where they could live their lives and reach new goals.

Recently this was all taken away from them and they need a legal team to help them get back!
Should they have to leave all this behind and return to America they will have no support structure or family, and in fact will be destute and alone and jobless. Going back would destroy all the good that has happend to them since being in the mothers' home land for the past 2 years.

My heart is breaking because I see two desperate faces filled with fear and anxiety and I want to help them. We don't want them to leave South Africa (for the US) and want to fight to keep them here and safe.
They need to raise the money in order to to take the matter to court.
