Save a baby with Gastroschisis

This is my newborn baby. Her name is Keziah Fuentes Carlos and she was born on March 10, 2019 at San Carlos City Negros Occidental. Unfortunately, there was a complication when she was born. She has Gastroschisis [A birth defect of the abdominal (belly) wall. Her intestines are found outside of her body, exiting through a hole beside her belly button. The hole can be small or large]

The doctor immediately told us that we should bring her to Bacolod City since they don't have enough equipment to tend to this kind of birth defect. So we immediately hired an ambulance to take her to Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City.

When she arrived, the doctors immediately performed her first operation. They attached a silo to her intestine and hanged it upwards. We were told that her intestines should go back down to her stomach slowly (that is why the silo is being hanged upwards) before they can put back all her intestines inside her stomach and close her belly. We were told by the nurse that she has a 50% chance of survival.

The news broke our hearts and all we can do right now is pray and hope for the best that she survive and recover her strength before her second operation.



There is a lot of tubes attached to her right now and I can't do anything to help relieve her pain.



I would like to ask for help financially for her operation and for her future treatments. All of my savings have depleted and I am out of options. As a Father, I'm begging you to please help me save my baby.
