Savage 2 server funds

Did you love the game Savage 2? The epic unique combination of RTS and epic first/third person battles? Find yourself wanting that again!

Savage 2 has been restored! The only thing missing now are servers to play it on. That's where all of us come in. This funding campaign is to raise some funds for dedicated savage 2 servers.

Funding will initially go to a European server using Kimsufi servers (specifically the KS-7). A yea for that server costs about $250. The specific amount may very a bit (depending on how quickly the funds get raised if we start with a monthly or quarterly subscription the total cost for a year could be a bit more).

If we exceed that first funding goal we will either 1) upgrade the server type or 2) create additional servers out of other locations (North America is the tentative second choice based on the locations of currently interested players)
