About the IDEX Fellowship

The IDEX Accelerator is a six-month fellowship program launched by Gray Matters Capital in 2010. I runs two fellowship cycles, one in January and the other in July every year.

It has transformed from a pilot project of 10 fellows to a global initiative with 300+ alumni representing over 23 nationalities.

The program is tailored for aspiring social enterprise practitioners from around the world to become changemakers supporting and leading the development of scalable solutions in fields as disparate as health, education, renewable energy and environment.

Program Highlights

• Suitably designed for early, mid and senior-level professionals looking to equip themselves with the tools and resources to work effectively in a virtual environment and a deep desire to engage in an intense professional development experience while applying creative solutions to deepen impact
• Each Fellow will gain access to the online learning labs; consulting projects with 4 social enterprises from across the globe; inner journey discoveries; virtual coffee sessions with sector experts; live community engagement with 300+ alumni; and one-on-one meetings with mentors-in-residence and subject matter experts.
• Supported by key theory and practical subject knowledge training and understanding how one might align themselves more purposefully with the next step of their career growth curve.
• Organisations nominating employees have the opportunity to participate as one of the learning lab case challenges where the Cohort works with a senior member or founder to develop real-world solutions to an existing problem statement in your organisation.

Program Investment and IDEX Scholarship Opportunities

• The IDEX Fellowship Program tuition is $5950 USD.
• However, IDEX also offers partial scholarships on program tuition to a select number of applicants (men and women) to attend the fellowship i.e. the IDEX Scholarship Award.
• Given the current global pandemic, IDEX has been mindful of its effects on individuals and organisations and has decided not to restrict the number of scholarships we are able to offer in this admission cycle.
• It is worth noting that they are able to offer IDEX Scholarships from 30% up to 70% on program tuition.

As a Fellow, I will be living and working in India. I am unbelievably excited to build on my past experiences in educating marginalized communities through working for several NGO who work for the deprived people.

MY STORY

An indian citizen with great intention to work towards betterment of socio-economic culture in INDIA as well as in other countries.

I have done my master's in english from uttrakhand open university. I have also done my post graduate diploma in banking and finance as well as in transalation. I have a great experience in formal as well as in informal education sector. Currently working with a private bank in india.

I love travelling ,gardening ,teaching and poetry

My plan for upcoming years

In india education sector has been improving day by day but still we have miles to go.There are about 15% children who are deprived of basic education. Addition to this hardly 50% children are unable to process their further education due to varios reason.

I have been facing this situation since my childhood and as a responsible citizen of india i want to make contribution in the sector as much as i can.

I will be working with several NGO which works for betterment of education sector.
