Pivotting From A Backpackers Hostel Business After 10 Years, I Took A Leap Of Faith To Open Up Satay BosQue. Its A Traditional Charcoal Grilled Satays, Served With Secret Recipe Sauce With Others Menus That We Include Like Ayam Percik, Traditional Marinated Bbq Chicken With Its Authentic Percik Sauce, Also We Have Soto Betawi, A Beef Broth Soto Originally From Indonesia Also Gulai Kambing, All Served With Satays And Warm Rice.
Food & Beverage Industry Is One Business Thats Sustainable Today During The Covid19 Period. Although Its Taking A Toll In The Industry, Still If You Have Good Food, Repeat Customers Will Always Come Back.
However During This Time, The CashFlow Is One Of The Major Problem That I Am Facing. With 6 Teams Behind Me Which Had Followed Me From My Previous Hostel Business, I Felt Responsible For Them Even Knowing That I Was Gonna Lose The Hostel Due To The Covid Situation. But Because My Team Was The Pillar Of My Strength, I That Took That Leap Of Faith To Open Satay BosQUe.
Now I Am Trying My Very Best To Sustain The Satay Shop, Hoping To Be Able To Built An Empire. I am Trying To Raise Funds To Be Able To Sustain It And To Be Able To See How Far It Goes And Hopefully To Make My Dream A Reality.
