Last Christmas I came up with an idea/project that 'no child should wake up on Christmas day without a gift'. We got together with some other mummies and for all the children we were informed about, we made sure they had a present under the Christmas tree! It was a beautiful experience, first of all because there is a certain kind of happiness filling you right down to your core, when you see the eyes of a child lighting up at the sight of a Christmas present, and second of all the numerous offers of help from friends and strangers was overwhelming! Last year, I came up with the idea a few days before Christmas, and we didnt have much time to organize things. This year, we decided to start early so that we can be more organized.

So if you want to help us out, even 1 Euro, will be very valuable to us

No child should be left without a present on Christmas...! After all, isn't that what the Christmas spirit is all about?

Τα περασμενα Χριστουγεννα, μου ηρθε μια ιδεα να προσπαθησουμε να μην ξυπνησει κανενα παιδακι χωρις δωρακι Χριστουγεννων. Μαζευτηκαμε καποιες μανουλες, και για οσα παιδακια λαβαμε ενημερωση, φροντισαμε να στειλουμε δωρα. Ηταν μια πολυ ομορφη εμπειρια, πρωτον γιατι ηταν απεριγραπτη η χαρα να εβλεπες αθωα ματακια να λαμπουν με ενθουσιασμο μολις εβλεπαν δωρο κατω απο το δεντρο, και δευτερον γιατι η ανταποκριση απο τον κοσμο, για να προσφερει βοηθεια ηταν πολυ συγκινητικη! Μονο που ε ιχα αργησει λιγο να το σκεφτω, και δεν ειχαμε πολλες μερες να οργανωθουμε. Φετος λοιπον ειπα να οργανωθουμε καλυτερα, και ετσι θα ξεκινησουμε απο τωρα.
