Sanoviv Medical Trip

I wanted to briefly share my story about a chronic disease. I have struggled with Chronic Lyme disease for just over a year now. Life has not been kind, nor has it been easy. Sometimes even the simple act of waking up is glorious. That being said, I had to find a cure. Unfortunately, at about this time a year ago, I didn’t know much about this disease. When I was first diagnosed, I said to myself, “It really can’t be that bad, it’ll die off eventually....” BOY WAS I WRONG. Not only did my life get worse with the death of my best friend Kathleen, the stress of junior year and my first DE class, and mental health issues, but it just escalated. It was a perfect storm bound to wreck my foundation. I was tested, and now I’m coming to a point of hopeful remission. Starting on May 22nd and ending on June 5th, I will be flying to Mexico to a medical institute called Sanoviv. I am in desperate need of financial help as I can’t do it alone. It would mean the world to me if you helped me out in some way or help someone else out in awareness of someone with Lyme. It is not easy, and even just a hug means the world to people like me. There are over 300,000 misdiagnosed or untreated patients in the US. Even just helping one of those people would greatly benefit this country. Please. I need your help and you have the power to make a change.
