Sandra’s Honduras Research Expedition

The lush Honduras cloud forests, the mesmerising Caribbean reefs... All these picturesque and charming places, enriched with biodiversity, are increasingly threatened by global climate change and human activities. This is where Operation Wallacea, a global scientific research initiative devoted to wildlife conservation, steps in.

I am an undergraduate biological sciences student and have signed up for Opwall's 4-week Honduras expedition. The expedition costs are fundraised by students and ae channelled directly to the scientific research and conservation in the most beautiful but quickly-vanishing places in the world.

The fundraising deadline is in May 2019. Together, we can make a difference by protecting the Scarlet Macaw, the glass frog and many other species that are threatened by our changing world. Every little step matters. Thank you!
