Campaign Story
Sam is a rescue pony with a heart of gold.
He has come very far since being rescued in July 2015. Sam was found next to a road and was just skin and bones. It is a miracle that he survived. He is such a special soul and has even been used as a therapy horse for children with special needs.
Due to not having a good start in life he didn't get enough calcium when younger. His teeth are thus very weak and brittle - one tooth in particular is splitting and needs to be removed as soon as possible.
Equine dental surgery is very expensive; any help will be appreciated.
The reason for this campaign is that Sam's tooth has very suddenly started to split. His dental issue is life-threatening (according to his dentist and vet) and can not be left untreated.
We love him too much to say goodbye just yet; he is our brave, beautiful boy.
PS. Any additional money raised will go to the SPCA.
Rewards
You get an A4 canvas with a high quality photo of Sam.
You get a gorgeous custom handmade horse hair bracelet made by Heart Strings. (May take some time to make.)
