Help Sammy Have A Higher Quality of Life

This is baby Sammy, our 11 year old beagle. A few years ago, Sammy had a spinal condition that paralyzed her from the waist back. We've been using a makeshift harness to hold her back legs up but part of her legs still drag along the ground causing nasty sores. We recently found out that she also has congestive heart failure and is now taking Enalapril, Lasix, and Vetmedin. Our veternarian recommended that we put her on Hill's Prescription Diet which is a very healthy but expensive diet. As of right now, we don't have the money that is needed to properly take care of her. We're hoping to get her a wheelchair so she'll be able to run around and play without dragging her legs. We would also appreciate any help with monthly medicine and food as it gets very expensive.
