Campaign Story
SAMARA Zim Healthcare Response
We are a new non governmental organisation with no political affiliation. We believe that its time for ACTION. Zimbabwe needs help. Zimbabwe's health care systems and infrastructure was in crisis way before the current crisis and we where planning and preparing to resuscitate certain parts of the healthcare systems. We have had to move these plans forward. We intend to raise funds for the procurement of necessary equipment and tools to fight the world pandemic we are all facing Corona virus - COIVID- 19 and aid the response in Zimbabwe. Our healthcare workers need protective gear ,the hospitals need to be clean,we need ventilators & monitors, water sources for the hospitals . Hand sanitizers, detergents ,disinfectants .new mops, buckets the list is endless. Lets no sit around and complain we need volunteers,we need money to purchase goods ,we need to be part of the solution in our own way. This is a call to "ACTION."
We intend to support the 3 main hospitals identified Bulawayo (Thorn groove) &Victoria Falls Hospital (high tourism area) & Wilkins Hospital. We may not be the solution but we want to be part of the solution.
Our strength is in numbers lets leverage our numbers and do what needs to be done to save our people. We need to prepare for Zimbabwe's response. If you can not donate cash please donate some of the medical supplies required.
