Campaign Story
Help Samantha quantify for the Youth Olympic Games in Argentina, she will first have to compete in the qualifying event in Croatia!
Samantha started karate about six years ago. This has been her passion ever since. She got her Shodan black belt in 2015 and her Nidan (second black belt) earlier this year in Durban at the International Kanazawa Cup.
She won gold at the National Karate Tournament in Durban as well and was chosen for the Protea Team which represented South Africa at the AUSC Region 5 Tournament in Botswana on the 26th May 2018. There, she came third and won a bronze medal.
She now has to prepare for Croatia where she will fight for a place to go to the Youth Olympic Games taking place in Argentina in October this year.
We are raising money to help her get there.
