Salvation From A Wedding Nightmare

We planned and prepared for our wedding a year ago. Everything was almost set until on September 15, 2017, we found out that the government will start construction on our venue! Our Wedding is on October 28th and we need to pay everything by October 18th . As much as we want to get mad, we couldn't do anything about it because it was a government project and we did choose a government owned park to have our ceremony and reception. Now less than a month away, we had a mad dash to look for a venue. They were either fully booked or extremely expensive. We have found a reasonably priced venue but it is still way off our budget. I don't think anyone would ever want to experience this kind of problem so close to their wedding day. :( We'd really appreciate anyone's help no matter how small it is to help get us out of this nightmare.
