Salaries to be paid

We are a staffing company with over 6 months into the business. We've done some good amount of billing, however, the payments are due only by Feb 2013 as we work on a 6 month's payment period. We are working with close to 30 employees and we have used up all the resources to pay the last couple of month's salaries. We will now have to sustain the business till February 2013 when our payments are due. We have complete confidence in our business and we do not want to give up at this stage.
