Sagip Puspin (Help Pusang Pinoy) – Philippine Cats

This fundraiser is for Sagip Puspin, a rescue for homeless and abandoned cats in Manila, Philippines.

Your donations will be used to protect and improve the lives of the cats, by supplying their food, vaccines, healthcare, and neutering.

Here is my story:

I take care of approximately 80 cats that I have rescued from the streets while others were abandoned on my doorstep. I am very fond of cats, and I really like taking care of them even in my home. Whenever I see cats roaming around outside our home, I make sure I give them something to eat so they are enticed to stay.

It all started in September 2012, when my niece and I were on our way home from her swimming competition. We stopped at the gas station to fill up, when we noticed three kittens walking around alone. I was so worried the kittens would be hurt or run over, so I decided to catch them and bring them home with me.

All the cats I adopted are spayed and neutered, except for the new ones. As the days pass by, I noticed that they are increasing in numbers. They have nowhere else to go, so I have no choice but to adopt them. I am spending my own hard earned money to care for them, with no support from others. Now, I have limited funds to support their needs.

I’m appealing to anyone who would like to donate any amount of money for the cats’ betterment and survival.
