Kum Tabitha a 24 year old girl, the 6th of 9 children born to her parents has been affected with a disease which has eaten so deep into her neck in such a way that she can't sleep every night as she is always languishing in pains with blood oozing from her neck.

The worst part is that neither of her parents are by academic standards qualified to get any job any where in the world as all their certificates acquired were burnt down in a fire that consumed their house with all their belongings in one of the villages in the North West region.
