Safe Haven for JAM

To my community and the world, since Ja’m was six weeks old, I have had sole care, custody and control. Biology doesn’t make a PARENT it is the love, care, concern, and mental stability of a loving home; which I and my family have given Ja’m. Both parents have been neglectful and I am seeking full custody to continue to provide a safe environment. The pictures posted represent a healthy child who is loved in every aspect, I want to keep the smile on his face!
