Safe, handicapp accessible home for my dad

Please help my dad come home. On February 18, 2013 my dad had a massive stroke which left him as a paraplegic. At the moment he cannot eat, speak or feel anything but a few touches to his head.  He is still currently at the hospital recovering and working with therapists, but his doctors are ready to discharge him as they say there is not much they can do for him now. We do not want to send him to a nursing home and know he would recover better and be happier if he was at home with his loved ones. But he cannot be released into our care until we move into an approved, handicap accessible home with all the proper equipment that will be needed to provide him the neccessary care he now needs.
