Dionum is a barangay in Piñan, ZDN where the people are living simple way of life. Like any other communities Dionum has its own set of health related problems. One of them is potability of the water they drink. Last year, water samples were collected and submitted for water analysis. The results show all of the water samples from every water source in the barangay is not potable. Our team - Dream Big Dionum has thought of a simple plan to solve the problem. The plan involves setting up a tank near the water source. The water from the water source will be collected in the tank. The water will be treated with disinfectant and the residents would get the water for drinking from the tank. Some of the residents will be trained to maintain the tank and treatment process. We appeal to your kind heart to ask for help to buy the tank and other necessary materials. Every dollar you donate is a step towards safe and potable drinking water in Barangay Dionum.
