Rwanda will rise and shine again

Rwanda will rise and shine again, I propose to produce a fifty-minute animation film based on reconciliation results after the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. This film will outline the main approaches being used in Rwanda to achieve reconciliation, highlighting some of the major barriers faced by community. the film will answer the most asked question "How could murderers and survivors coexist?"
