Rural Veteran & Family Home Fund

This campaign is special as the funds raised here will go to helping a family that takes care of a disabled veteran family member and children.

The family owns property that needs a septic tank and a water meter in order to build a handicapp accesible home with enough room for the entire family. The cost of the septic system will run around $10,000 and the cost of the water meter includs a line extension that will run around $12,000. Any amount raised over that will be used towards the house fund which wil include several bedrooms to take on more children, a handicapp accesible bedroom and bathroom for the veteran and his wife, and features to make the home adaptable including wider doors and door ways, a walk in shower and grab bars. 

We want to thank you for suporting these fantastic folks who are not looking for a handout, but the means to be able to take care of each other and have a home that is flexible to meet their trying needs.
