Rural African-Corona fight-Tank Solar pump Masks

Hi.. I really could use some assistance for our poor rural community - Village in Kilifi, Kenya, East Africa. Corona is relatively new here, and where I live is ill equipped. I'm looking to buy water tank, solar pump, face masks (maybe soaps and sanitizers). Electricity at one point will go off. It hasn't been reliable, no guessing what to expect. Almost all water pumps are electric, meaning no power = no water.

If I get the solar up in good time, I'll give out free water, while distributing the masks and soaps. Hopefully get them to adopt these important means of curbing the disease. Else, if sh*t does hit the fan... it won't be pretty. Please
