Running Dublin Marathon in aid of A Lust For Life

This October, I will be running the Dublin City Marathon in aid of A Lust For Life – a leading Irish platform for mental health awareness

Every month, A Lust For Life aims to reach out to the vulnerable, to help normalise the conversation around anxiety & mental health issues

Their goal is simple – to affect change, and create a cultural shift towards wellbeing & positive mental health. This is achieved by delivering social media content, supporting grass-root efforts to help campaign for much needed support services, as well as coordinating truly inspiring events that bring people together to learn, share, connect & grow. They are a non-profit organisation, & receive no government funding. Their small & committed team thrive on raw enthusiasm, and a desire to share their message to as many people as possible.
