I want to create a documentary on runaway children. My goal is to find the children that are out on the streets, the ones no one is caring for. I want their story, I want to know who is suppose to be responsible for them. Then I want to go find the responsible parties and find out why they are not taking care of their children. Then I want to serve justice legally. Too many parents get away with allowing their children to live on the streets. It's time for us to say no, time for us to fix this problem.
