Crazy running for crazy love!

Hi lovely people,

I have a favour to ask.....

I'm running a 10k race as part of the Ha Long Heritage marathon on 25th November and I'd like to use it as an opportunity to raise money for my friend's new charity; Crazy Love Foundation.

Crazy Love Foundation is a grass-roots, non-profit organisation currently focused on providing support to disadvantaged communities here in Haiphong city, Vietnam.

They're currently sponsoring 7 children from the Lach Tray Song river boat community to attend local schools and have bought their families fishing equipment and livestock. The hope is that the cycle of poverty and unemployment that has existed amongst their families for generations will eventually be broken.

It's run by a small team of Vietnamese and American people (one of which is my friend, the lovely Alyssa!) who are committed to distributing your donations responsibly. I urge you to read more about Crazy Love's awesome work on their website and Facebook page :

As most of you know, our money goes a long way here in Haiphong, so every little helps. For example, they're currently trying to fund special education for a boy costing $25/ 584,000 Dong per month. So a donation of just $4.5 /100,000 Dong would help cover 3 whole days of schooling.
