Rugby – Brent Jarrett 2017 AVS Tour

Please help this young man to reach his full potential.

Brent Jarrett is 12 years old and is in Grade 6 at Werda Skool in Durban.

He is a great scholar and young sportsman and won the school's mini-cricket trophy in Grade 3 as well as the Rugby and Athletics trophies in Grade 5 and regularly achieves a Top 10 position in his grade for academics.

In addition to this, Brent goes through life with a positive "go-getter" attitude and is keen to participate in everything that he can.

It was this attitude that took him to the AVS Rugby Trials for Bokkieweek as the only primary school boy from his school. And without his parents being able to stay there with him, he signed up on his own, played in the rugby trials and was chosen for the AVS Natal provincial team that will go on tour to Limpopo province in July for Bokkieweek.

Brent's parents need some assistance in raising the funds needed to send this great kid on his rugby tour.

The cost for the tour itself is R 6,000 but he will also be needing some warm clothes for Limpopo where the winter is way colder than his home in warm sub-tropical Durban. And of course some spending money for 9 days away from home. :-)
