Campaign Story
Fracking is trying to begin in the UK and, at this point, the only way to stop the work at the sites is through direct action.
Unfortunately (and all too typically) my right to peaceful protest at Preston New Road, near Blackpool, has been wrongfully terminated by police for “obstruction of the highway”. TWICE. Whilst organisations aim to support persons like me in such situations, I am still in need of financial support ahead of my upcoming court cases.
The fine I face in February will be about £400 (ish).
